Kerrie Mitchell and Drew Mitchell have travelled the world, living in Saudi, in the US and for over 5 years in the UK. They were both born and raised in Perth W.A. but soon moved to work in Melbourne and Sydney. This was the start of 15 years of searching for a place to really call home. Kerrie and Drew have found that place in the Macdonald Valley and love the life and the community spirit of the country while still just a short drive from the buzz of Sydney. They both bring a unique, well travelled perspective to the hospitality business at Bandusia Retreat. Kerrie is head chef and delights in dreaming up new recipes, sauces and desserts. Drew is a facilitator, team builder and specialises in sales training in IT and telco businesses. This all fits in well with the conference facilities and corporate businesses that choose to utilize the peace and quiet of Bandusia Retreat. Mostly though, it is their love of good food, wine and music that adds the spice to so many weekends and delights the visitors.
They have 2 children now grown up - Andrew 27 and Hayley 24, who both assist on occasion but both live in Sydney on the North Shore.
